You can use ezyVet Go to add records to an appointment (for example, a product record). When you complete the appointment, ezyVet Go syncs the records to ezyVet. Then ezyVet makes a clinical record and adds each record of the appointment to the clinical record. Each record that the clinical record shows also shows a date and time. You can configure the date and time that the synced records show.

Use the Use Appointment Date & Time for clinical data setting to set the date and time:

If you disable the Use Appointment Date & Time for clinical data, ezyVet Go uses the date and time that you added each item to the appointment (for example, products and notes):
