Sync CoVet notes to ezyVet

You use CoVet to record a consultation. CoVet uses the recording to automatically make structured medical records that you can sync to the applicable ezyVet clinical record.

Make sure that your ezyVet site has a configured CoVet integration.
Make sure that the applicable appointment is imported into CoVet as a case.

To make notes and sync them to ezyVet, do this procedure.

Note: A case in CoVet is an appointment in ezyVet.

In the CoVet Cases dashboard, select the applicable case.
Record the consultation, or upload an audio file.
CoVet uses AI to process the recording and make structured medical records (for example, SOAP notes, a clinical summary, diagnoses, and a treatment plan).
Review the records that CoVet makes, and change them as necessary.
In each applicable record, select Export to ezyVet.
CoVet shows a Link case to ezyVet pane.
Select Done.

The applicable ezyVet clinical record has the SOAP note from CoVet, connected to the correct patient and appointment.
