Configure the API integration for Zoetis Direct Integrated Ordering

Before staff can use Zoetis Direct Integrated Ordering with ezyVet, a practice manager must configure necessary integrations. The API integration is the first of the necessary integrations.

To configure the integration, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Integration.

  3. In the Integration box, select API Partner.

  4. In the Partner box, select Zoetis (SPSI).

  5. Select Save.

  6. In the Scopes section, select Select All.

  7. Select Save.

  8. Select Download Credentials.

    ezyVet downloads a text file that has a client ID and a client secret.
  9. Send the text file to Zoetis customer support (apac.support@Proagrica.com).
ezyVet has a configured API integration for Zoetis Direct Integrated Ordering.
Configure the standard product supplier integration (SPSI) for Zoetis Direct Integrated Ordering. Zoetis customer support will send you the necessary information to configure the integration.
