The patient records that you can select for prescriptions in Vetcove Home Delivery are the same records that the integration syncs from ezyVet to Vetcove Home Delivery.

Vetcove Home Delivery and data sync with ezyVet
After a practice manager configures the integration for Vetcove Home Delivery , the integration does an initial data sync from ezyVet to Vetcove Home Delivery. The initial sync completes in a maximum of four hours.
After the initial sync is completed, Vetcove Home Delivery syncs data with ezyVet each night.
