Configure the standard product supplier integration for NVS

The API integration and the standard product supplier integration (SPSI) are the two necessary integrations to use ezyVet with NVS. After a practice manager configures the API integration, they configure the standard product supplier integration.

Make sure that your site has a configured API integration for NVS
Make sure that you have the necessary client ID and client secret information from NVS customer support
Make sure that your site has a dedicated supplier contact record for the NVS

To configure the integration, do this procedure.

Select Admin.
In the settings list, select Integration.
ezyVet shows the New Integration Setting screen.
In the Integration box, select NVS (SPSI).
If your site has a department configuration, use the For Division box to select the applicable department.

Note: If your site does not use a department configuration, ezyVet does not show the For Division box.
In the Supplier box, select the applicable supplier contact record.
In the API Partner section, select the configured API integration for NVS.
If necessary, use the box in the User Notification Group section to select the staff who will receive memos from the integration.

Note: The integration sends a memo when ezyVet receives a new invoice from the product supplier.
In the Client ID box and Client Secret box, enter the client ID and client secret information.
In the Grant Type box, enter client_credentials
In the Auto-Update settings section, select the applicable settings that control how the integration does automatic changes.
Select Save.

Select Validate Credentials.
