Configure the standard product supplier integration (SPSI) for Midwest Veterinary Supply

Before your organization can use Midwest Veterinary Supply with ezyVet, a practice manager must first configure the API integration. Then they must configure the standard product supplier integration (SPSI).

  • Make sure that your site has a correctly configured API integration for Midwest Veterinary Supply
  • Make sure that you have the necessary client ID and client secret information from your organization's Midwest Veterinary Supply sales representative
  • Make sure that your site has a supplier contact record with Prices Based On set to Outer in its configuration
To configure the standard product supplier integration (SPSI), do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Integration.

    ezyVet shows a New Integration Setting screen.
  3. In the Integration box, select MidwestVet (SPSI).

  4. Use the For Division box to select an applicable department or business unit.
    Note: If your site does not use a department or business unit configuration, ezyVet does not show the For Division box.
  5. In the Supplier box, select the applicable supplier contact record.

  6. In the API Partner section, select the configured Midwest Veterinary Supply API integration.

  7. Select Save.

  8. Select Validate Credentials.

    If the configuration is correct, ezyVet shows a confirmation message:
