Configure the CareCredit integration

Before your organization can use CareCredit with ezyVet, a practice manager must configure the necessary integration.

  • Make sure that your organization is a CareCredit provider
  • Make sure that you have access to your CareCredit merchant number
Note: The merchant number is available from your CareCredit provider account. For account access, go to www.carecreditprovidercenter.com/portal/login.
To configure the integration, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Integration.

    ezyVet shows the New Integration Setting screen.
  3. In the Integration box, select CareCredit.

  4. In the Merchant Number box, enter the merchant number.

  5. Select Save.

    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

  6. Select Validate Account.

    If the configuration is correct, ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

Your ezyVet site has a configured CareCredit integration.
Configure a payment method for CareCredit payments.
