Pawlicy Advisor integration: Basic workflow steps

To use Pawlicy Advisor with ezyVet correctly, it is important to know the basic workflow steps.

This table gives each step for a basic workflow and information about the step:

1 Pawlicy Advisor's veterinary account executive team speaks with your organization to agree:
  • Which types of clients receive insurance information email from Pawlicy Advisor
  • The number of times clients receive insurance information email from Pawlicy Advisor
  • When clients receive insurance information email from Pawlicy Advisor
Pawlicy Advisor also gives you access to the Pawlicy Advisor portal. The portal is an online system that you can use:
  • To find and show information about clients and appointments
  • To know which insurance information email Pawlicy Advisor sent to clients or will send to clients
  • To override automatic insurance information email or manually send insurance email
2 Make a client appointment in ezyVet. The Pawlicy Advisor portal shows the appointment information as a result of an automatic sync from ezyVet to Pawlicy Advisor.
Note: If you make changes to the ezyVet appointment, ezyVet syncs the changes to Pawlicy Advisor.
3Pawlicy Advisor uses the ezyVet appointment information to automatically send insurance information email to the applicable client. The insurance email:
  • Helps the client to know why insurance is important
  • Help increase the number of insured clients that your organization has
