About the Moichor integration
Moichor is a diagnostic testing system that has a integration for ezyVet. Moichor supplies Pathview diagnostics devices that your organization can use for in-house diagnostics. And Moichor has a diagnostics laboratory service that you can send diagnostic requests to.
After a practice manager configures the Moichor integration:
- ezyVet sends diagnostic requests to Moichor
- Moichor sends applicable diagnostic requests to Pathview for in-house diagnostics
- If diagnostic requests are not applicable to Pathview, Moichor sends them to the Moichor laboratory service
- Moichor sends diagnostic results back to ezyVet
Note: Moichor uses diagnostic test codes to know where to send a diagnostic request (for example, to send to a diagnostics device or to send to a laboratory service)
Note: The Moichor integration is available only in the United States.
Cytology and hematology diagnostics
Moichor can supply the Pathview device for your organization to do in-house cytology and hematology diagnostics. Pathview uses AI to:
- Find morphological abnormalities that other systems cannot find
- Give you test results in three hours or less
- Do tests for many species (for example, dogs, cats, and exotics)
Some of the in-house tests that Pathview can do are:
- Canine or feline CBC
- Exotic companion mammal CBC
- Avian, reptile, or aquatic CBC
- Al parrot CBC
- Cytology
- Al skin and ear cytology
- Fecal gram stain
Laboratory diagnostics
The Moichor laboratory service can do diagnostic tests for many different species. The species includes exotic and avian species.
Moichor's laboratory tests include:
- Hematology
- Chemistry
- Cytology
- Endocrinology
- Urinalysis
- Parasitology
- Microbiology
