Diagnostic test results of IDEXX VetLab Station are
missing
Use the GET RESULTS button of the IDEXX VetLab Station integration
The integration has a GET RESULTS button. When you select GET RESULTS, ezyVet tries to get diagnostic results from the diagnostics supplier.
Note: It is possible that a diagnostic result that ezyVet gets after you select GET RESULTS does not have a related diagnostic request. The Work List dashboard tab shows diagnostic results that do not have related diagnostic requests.
Select Admin.
In the settings list, select Integration.
Select Integrations.
The left sidebar shows the configured integrations of your ezyVet site.
Find and select the applicable VetLab Station integration.
ezyVet shows the integration
settings.
Select GET RESULTS.
ezyVet shows the Get diagnostics test results dialog box.
In the Start Date * box, select an applicable date.
Note:ezyVet tries to get the diagnostic test results for a two-week period before the date that you select.
Select GET RESULTS.
Tip: Wait while ezyVet tries to get the diagnostic test results.
