ezyVet shows a credentials not valid error when you configure the Heska imaging integration (SPI)

Do this troubleshooting if ezyVet shows Error occurred processing response from Heskalmaging [400] Credentials not valid for ClientID when you try to configure the Heska imaging integration (SPI):
A Error occurred processing response from Heskalmaging [400] Credentials not valid for ClientID message

You entered an incorrect Client ID value or Client Secret value

A practice manager or a person with the necessary permissions.

Make sure that you enter the correct values in the Client ID box and Client Secret box of the integration's settings.
Note: If necessary, speak to Heska customer support. If you are in the United States, send an email to imagingsupport@heska.com. If you are in the United Kingdom, send an email to support@imv-imaging.com.
