About configuration of a supplier contact record for in-house diagnostics
A practice manager can use two methods to configure a supplier contact record for
in-house diagnostics.
Method 1: Make a supplier contact record for in-house diagnostics
A practice manager can do this configuration directly.
Method 2: Configure the site's special contact record to use the supplier contact
record type
A site has a special contact record configured in its
system settings. The site
uses the special contact record for organization information that includes:
Physical address and postal address
Phone number and fax number
Email address

It is possible to change the configuration of the special contact record to also use
it as a supplier contact record for in-house diagnostics.
Note: Only ezyVet customer support can do this configuration and
only with approval from a practice manager.
