An item of information in the diagnostic request has more than 64 characters

When you make a diagnostic imaging request, the dialog boxes and screens that ezyVet shows have boxes that you use to enter and select information. If one of the boxes has more than 64 characters, ezyVet could show the Request Entity Too Large error message.

Examples of boxes that could have more than 64 characters:
  • The Code box of the settings of the site diagnostic test that you selected for the diagnostic request
  • The name of a referring veterinary clinic

Do a check for the number of characters

Make sure that each item of information in applicable user interface boxes has less than 64 characters Then try to send the diagnostics request again.
