Open a diagnostic imaging result from IDEXX Web PACS

You can open a diagnostic imaging result from IDEXX Web PACS directly in the applicable clinical record.

To open a diagnostic imaging result, do this procedure.
Note: Each record of a diagnostic imaging result that ezyVet shows also shows a preview of the applicable images. But for access to the full set of IDEXX Web PACS tools to examine the image and add annotations, you must open the diagnostic imaging result.
Note: ezyVet usually receives new diagnostic imaging results from IDEXX Web PACS in a period of five minutes.
Tip: To find and show all diagnostic results, use the Diagnostics dashboard tab. Each diagnostic result that the Diagnostics dashboard tab shows has a link that you can select to open the applicable clinical record.
  1. Select Clinical.
    The Clinical tab
  2. In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable clinical record.
    ezyVet shows settings and information of the clinical record.
  3. Select Diagnostics and Treatments.

    ezyVet shows a Diagnostic Result section. The Diagnostic Result section has the diagnostic imaging result from IDEXX Web PACS and an image preview of the result.
    Trouble: If ezyVet does not show the Diagnostics and Treatments button, select View By Group:

  4. Select the IDEXX Web PACS button of the diagnostic result.

ezyVet shows the diagnostic result in a new browser tab. The browser tab has the full set of IDEXX Web PACS tools that you can use to examine the images and add annotations.
