Configure the VetSnap integration

Before your organization can use VetSnap with ezyVet, a practice manager must configure the integration.

Make sure that you have a VetSnap account.
To configure the integration, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Integration.

    ezyVet shows a New Integration Setting screen.
  3. In the Integration box, select API Partner.

  4. In the Partner box, select VetSnap.

  5. Select Save.

  6. In the Scopes section, select Select All.

  7. Select Save.

  8. Select Download Credentials.

    ezyVet downloads a text file that has a client ID and a client secret.
  9. Send the text file to sales@vetsnap.com.
    Note: Make sure that you include this information in the email that you send:
    • The nam( of your ezyVet department as configured and shown in ezyVet
    • Your ezyVet site prefix
ezyVet has a configured VetSnap integration.
VetSnap customer support will contact you to complete the remaining steps to start your subscription.
