Configure the ReviewTree integration

Before staff can use ReviewTree features with ezyVet, a practice manager must configure the ReviewTree integration.

Make sure that you have a ReviewTree account.
Note: To sign up for a ReviewTree account, go to surveys.reviewtree.com/s3/ezyVet-Sign-Up-Page.
To configure the integration, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Integration.

  3. In the Integration box, select API Partner.

  4. In the Partner box, select ReviewTree LLC.
    Select the ReviewTree integration.
  5. Select Save.

  6. In the Scopes section, select Select All.

  7. Select Save.

  8. Select Download Credentials.

    ezyVet downloads a text file that has a client ID and a client secret.
  9. Email the text file to ezyvet@reviewtree.com.
ReviewTree customer support staff will speak to you and help you do the remaining configuration.
