About the PetDesk Phones integration

Use the PetDesk Phones integration for ezyVet to sync ezyVet data directly to PetDesk Phones. Use PetDesk Phones to quickly and easily make client phone calls and send SMS messages to clients.

PetDesk Phones includes these features and functions:
  • Monitor in-progress phone calls and completed phone calls
  • Easily see patient information and client information adjacent to phone numbers
  • Get access to phone call recordings and voicemail
  • Use SMS to message clients with an easy chat system
Note: PetDesk Phones is available in the United States only.
After a practice manager configures the integration, PetDesk Phones:
  • Shows patient data from ezyVet
  • Shows client data from ezyVet
  • Shows calendar appointments from ezyVet

As a result, you can use accurate data from ezyVet to make client phone calls and do client SMS messaging with PetDesk Phones.

Note: The PetDesk Phones integration only syncs data from ezyVet to PetDesk Phones. The integration does not sync data from PetDesk Phones to ezyVet.
Note: PetDesk Phones does not show directly in ezyVet screens or in areas of the ezyVet user interface.
Note: To use SMS with PetDesk Phones, it is not necessary for your ezyVet site to have an enabled SMS module.
