Configure the API integration for Greenline Pet

Before your organization can use Greenline Pet features, a practice manager must configure the necessary integration.

Make sure that you have a Greenline Pet account.
Note: To sign up for an account, go to www.greenlinepet.com.
To configure the Greenline Pet API integration, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Integration.

  3. In the Integration box, select API Partner.

  4. In the Partner box, select GreenlinePet.

  5. Select Save.

  6. In the Scopes section, select Select All.

  7. Select Save.

  8. Select Download Credentials.

    ezyVet downloads a text file that has a client ID and a client secret.
  9. Send the text file to Greenline Pet customer support (support@greenlinepet.com).
    Note: Make sure that you include this information in your email:
    • The name of your organization
    • The email address of your organization
    • The phone number of your organization
    • The name of the person at your organization that customer support of the integration can speak to
    • The street address of your organization
    • The city of your organization
    • The state of your organization
    • The ZIP code of your organization
ezyVet has a configured API integration for Greenline Pet.
Greenline Pet customer support will speak to you and help you do the remaining configuration.
