Configure the Digital Practice integration

Before staff can use Digital Practice features in ezyVet, a practice manager must configure the Digital Practice integration.

To configure the integration, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Integration.

    ezyVet shows a New Integration Setting screen.
  3. In the Integration box, select API Partner.

  4. In the Partner box, select Digital Practice.
  5. Select Save.

  6. In the Scopes section, select Select All.

  7. Select Save.

  8. Select Download Credentials.

    ezyVet downloads a text file that has a client ID and a client secret.
  9. Send an email that includes the text file to support@vethelpdirect.com.
    Note: In the email:
    1. Enter a subject of ezyVet integration and the name of your organization

    2. Include the name of your organization's practice manager
ezyVet has a configured integration for Digital Practice.
