Digital Practice and ezyVet: Basic workflow
To use ezyVet with Digital Practice correctly, it is important to know the basic workflow.

2 | Send a message to a client. Because ezyVet syncs client information with Digital Practice, you can send and receive messages directly in Digital Practice. Digital Practice shows the message in a Conversation screen. The screen also shows information about the client, their previous payments, and their pet. For more information, you can open the client contact record and the patient record in ezyVet directly from Digital Practice. |
3 | Send a payment link to a client. Because ezyVet syncs payment information with Digital Practice, you can send a message that includes a payment link. When the client receives the message, they can select the payment link and make payment to your organization directly. Then, Digital Practice syncs the payment information to ezyVet. |
4 | Save a full set of a client's messages to the applicable client contact record in ezyVet. Because ezyVet syncs client information with Digital Practice, ezyVet saves the messages as text and as a PDF document in the client contact record. |
