About the AllyDVM integration
The AllyDVM integration gives your organization access to AllyDVM features with information from your ezyVet site. The integration syncs patient information and client information from ezyVet to AllyDVM.

AllyDVM has three primary features that you can use with ezyVet:
- Retention calendar
- Communications system
- Analytics
The retention calendar
The AllyDVM retention calendar helps you make sure that you have correct client information for phone calls and messages. You can use the retention calendar to quickly and easily:
- Make sure that you have correct client phone numbers and email addresses
- Schedule messages to clients
- Schedule appointments
- Schedule reminders for clinical care
The retention calendar has different alerts to tell you when client information is incorrect or missing information. For example, the retention calendar shows:
- The Cell Phone alert that identifies a missing phone number for a client
- The House alert that identifies an incorrect postal address
The communication system
Use the AllyDVM communication system to send messages to many clients at the same time. For example, you can send:
- Welcome messages
- Vaccination reminders
- Appointment reminders
- Postcards
- Follow-up surveys
Analytics
AllyDVM has reports that use data from your ezyVet site to show different types of information. For example, AllyDVM has reports that show:
- Information about the messages that you sent to clients for a period of 30 days
- Information about the revenue that your organization made from appointments
- Survey scores and survey responses
