Before staff can use VetRec, a practice manager must configure the ezyVet integration in VetRec .

To get the necessary files to complete step 4, do the procedure given in: Configure the VetRec integration in ezyVet.

Go to app.vetrec.io and sign in to your VetRec account.
In left sidebar, select Config to show more options. Then, select Settings.
VetRec shows a Settings page.
Select the Integrations tab.
VetRec shows integrations.
In the ezyVet section, select Get Started.
VetRec shows an ezyVet API Connection popup window.
Upload the partner-id.txt and credentials.txt files downloaded from ezyVet.
Select the applicable region for your ezyVet site.
Select Save.
If the integration is completed, VetRec shows a success message.
