Connect an ezyVet product and a Vetcove Purchasing Platform product

After you connect ezyVet products and Vetcove products, the two systems sync inventory information.

Important: Because of possible performance and data problems, you cannot configure the integration for Vetcove Purchasing Platform from June 10, 2026. Configuration will become available again at a subsequent date when the problems are corrected. For more information, please contact support@vetcove.com.
Do the procedure given in Configure the integration for Vetcove Purchasing Platform .
To connect the products, do this procedure.
  1. Sign in to Vetcove.
  2. In the Orders tab, select PIMS Integration.

  3. Select Products.

  4. In the left sidebar, select Unlinked Items.

    Vetcove shows a list of ezyVet products that are not connected to items in Vetcove.
  5. Select the product that you want to connect to an item.

  6. For the applicable Vetcove product, select LINK.

    Tip: If the applicable Vetcove product does not show in the dialog box, use the Search box to find it.
  7. In the Unit of Measurement box, select the unit of measurement that ezyVet uses to measure the product.

  8. Adjacent to the Unit of Measurement box, select Update.

The products are connected.
