The Refund or Refund/Void button of a payment record is not available to select

Payment record screens in ezyVet can show a Refund button or a Refund/Void button. If Refund or Refund/Void shows dimmed and you cannot select it, do this troubleshooting.

A condition of the payment prevents a refund

Refunds are possible only if the payment has the correct condition. For example, you cannot refund a payment that is fully refunded.

Hover over the button to see troubleshooting information

If you hover over Refund or Refund/Void, ezyVet shows a message that you can use for troubleshooting. This example image shows a payment does not have an active integration associated to it message:
