Prepare to configure the Zoetis point-of-care integration

Before you configure the Zoetis point-of-care integration, prepare for the integration. As a result, Zoetis customer support can easily do their necessary work.

To prepare to configure the Zoetis point-of-care integration, do the steps given in this table:

Note: Zoetis customer support uses TeamViewer with the ezyVet user account of step 2 to configure the Zoetis point-of-care integration.
To download TeamViewer, go to get.teamviewer.com/zoetis.
4Download the Vetscan Hub Software Manual.To download the Vetscan Hub Software Manual, go to www.zoetisdiagnostics.com/us/vetscan-hub/product-manuals.
5In the Vetscan Hub Software Manual, complete the steps about PIMS integration.Not applicable.
