Make a supplier contact record for the SOUND integration
A dedicated supplier contact record is necessary for the configuration and correct operation of the SOUND integration.
Make sure that a practice manager did not
configure ezyVet to make this information mandatory for new
contact records:
- Email addresses
- Phone numbers
Note: Do
not use a supplier contact record that a different integration uses. If your site has more
than one SOUND modality, make a dedicated supplier contact record
for each modality.
- Select Contacts.ezyVet shows the New Contact screen.
- In the Contact Type section, select Business.
- In the Contact Type section, select Supplier.

In the Business Name box, enter a name that identifies the SOUND modality. For example, SOUND
Ultrasound.
- Select Save.
