Make a supplier contact record for the Purview Image integration
A dedicated supplier contact record is necessary for the configuration and correct operation of the Purview Image integration.
Make sure that a practice manager did not configure ezyVet to make this information mandatory for new contact records:
- Email addresses
- Phone numbers
- Select Contacts.ezyVet shows the New Contact screen.
- In the Contact Type section, select Business.
- In the Contact Type section, select Supplier.
- In the Business Name box, enter Purview.
- Select Save.
