Configure the integration for Customer Radar

Before you can use Customer Radar with ezyVet, a practice manager must configure the integration.

Make sure that you have a Customer Radar account.

To configure the integration, do this procedure.

Select Admin.
In the settings list, select Integration.
ezyVet shows a New Integration Setting screen.
In the Integration box, select API Partner.
In the Partner box, select Customer Radar.
Select Save.
In the Scopes section, select Select All.
Select Save.
Select Download Credentials.
ezyVet downloads a text file that has a client ID and a client secret.
Go to www.myfeedback.fyi/ezyvet.
Your browser shows a web form.
Enter the applicable information in the web form boxes.

Note: In the ezyVet User box of the form, enter your ezyVet username or enter the username of a different ezyVet user account. Customer Radar uses the username that you enter to identify the person that sends feedback invitation email.
Use the Upload ezyVet API file button to add the text file that you downloaded in step 8.
Select Start my trial.

ezyVet has a configured Customer Radar integration. Customer Radar customer support will send you a username and password that you can use to sign in to Customer Radar (www.myfeedback.fyi).
