Make a client contact record for the Vetstoria integration

Before you can use the Vetstoria integration, you must make a client contact record that does not have client information.

Do the procedure given in Configure the Vetstoria integration.
To make a client contact record for the Vetstoria integration, do this procedure.
  1. Select Contacts.
    The Contacts tab
    ezyVet shows the New Contact screen.
  2. In the Contact Type section, select Customer.

  3. In the First Name box, enter Unmatched.
  4. In the Last Name box, enter Contact.
  5. In the Email / Phone box, enter 11111111.
  6. Set Type to Mobile.
  7. In the Contact Notes box, enter Do not remove this contact record. The contact record is necessary for the Vetstoria integration to operate.
    Note: Make sure that you do not select Notes Important.
  8. Select Save.

    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

  9. Right-click the record tab of the new contact record, then select Copy Link.

  10. Paste the link in a text file.
ezyVet has a client contact record for the Vetstoria integration.
