Our aim is to ensure that most of your critical data from DaySmart Vet is seamlessly converted into ezyVet. Our conversion process is geared towards preserving the vital information needed to maintain continuity in your practice operations. In some cases, there may be specific data that cannot be transferred as-is or might require some adjustments in ezyVet. But worry not! Our team of experts is here to lend a helping hand. To ensure a smooth transition, there might be a need for manual clean-up, mapping, or data entry for certain elements. We work closely with your team to tackle these requirements and ensure a successful migration.

Note: DaySmart Vet records appointment times in the UTC time zone. The data conversion process adjusts each appointment time to the time zone of your clinic. It also adds one hour to appointment times that occur during daylight saving time. After the data conversion process is complete, you must examine your appointment records. If the times of appointments are not correct, speak to your Implementation Specialist. You must gve examples of appointments from more than one time of year.

Clinical record data

• Blood pressure
• Capillary refill time
• Heart rate
• Respiration
• Temperature
• Weight

Note: The data conversion process converts lot numbers and expiry dates of vaccination records as text in the description of the vaccination records and medication records.

Note: The data conversion process automatically makes a new clinical record if:

• You recorded a medication refill in your site DaySmart Vet site
• The medication refill was not within two days of another clinical record

Contact data

Note: The data conversion uses tags to show:

• License numbers
• Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) numbers of veterinarian contact records
• Account numbers

Note: The data conversion process converts client tasks as communication records. If a client task is not related to a patient record, the data conversion process does not convert it.
