The data conversion process converts patient records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. You must make sure that the data conversion process converted the relation between patient records and their clinical records.

1. Select Patients.
   
   The left sidebar shows the patient records of your site.
2. In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable patient record.
   ezyVet shows patient record settings and information.
3. Select the Clinical Records tab.
   
4. Compare the patient's clinical records with the clinical records of the equivalent patient record of your source PIMS.
