The data conversion process converts patient records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. You must make sure that the data conversion process converted patient notes of patient records correctly.

1. Select Patients.
   
   The left sidebar shows the patient records of your site.
2. In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable patient record.
   ezyVet shows patient record settings and information.
3. Compare the information of the Animal Notes box with the patient notes of the equivalent patient record of your source PIMS.
