The data conversion process converts clinical records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. It is important that you make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted your organization's clinical records.

1. Select Clinical.
   
   The left sidebar shows clinical records of your ezyVet site.
2. In the left sidebar, select All.
   
3. Compare the list of clinical records to the clinical records of your source PIMS.
   Tip: Make sure that:

   • The date of each clinical record is correct
   • The left sidebar does not show copies of clinical records
