ezyVet does not use templates for medical notes. After the data conversion process is complete, you can use clinical record view modes to quickly and easily change the information that a clinical record shows.

The equivalent to correspondence templates are ezyVet document templates. After the data conversion process is complete, a practice manager can configure ezyVet document templates.1
