The data conversion process converts your data from Avimark to ezyVet. It is important that you know how the data conversion process converts financial data into your ezyVet site.

Invoice data

This table shows:

Avimark data	Can convert?	Notes
Invoices.	Yes	The data conversion process converts invoice records. After the data conversion process is completed, the Invoices screen of the Financial tab shows your organization's invoice records: Note: If your Avimark site has an invoice for more than one patient, the data conversion process automatically makes one invoice for each patient. Note: If there is a clinical record within three days of the invoice, the data conversion process automatically makes a connection to the clinical record.
Notes of invoice records.	Yes	The data conversion process converts invoice notes. After the data conversion process is completed, the Comments box of the ezyVet invoice record shows the notes:
Invoice numbers.	Yes	The data conversion process converts the Avimark invoice number of invoice records. After the data conversion process is completed, the Comments box of the ezyVet invoice record shows the invoice number.
Invoice line items.	Yes	The data conversion process converts invoice line items. After the data conversion process is completed, the invoice record shows the applicable line items:
Records of payments (for example, a client payment).	No	The data conversion process cannot convert records of payments. After the data conversion process converts an invoice record, the converted invoice shows a Reverse balance generated from conversion line item:
Declined products.	No	The data conversion process cannot convert records of declined products. ezyVet invoices do not have an equivalent feature.

Estimates.	Yes	The data conversion process converts estimate records. After the data conversion process is completed, the Estimates screen of the Financial tab shows your organization's estimates. Note: The data conversion process cannot convert estimates that you deactivated.
Estimate templates.	Yes	The data conversion process can convert estimate templates. The equivalent in ezyVet is a sales template.
Line items of estimate records.	Yes	The data conversion process can convert line items of estimate records. After the data conversion process is completed, the estimate record shows the line items: Note: The data conversion process cannot convert fixed prices of line items.
The maximum value of an estimate record.	Yes	The data conversion process can convert the maximum value of an estimate record. After the data conversion process is completed, the Total Amount box shows the total high value of an estimate record:
The minimum value of an estimate record.	Yes	The data conversion process can convert the minimum value of an estimate record. After the data conversion process is completed, the Total Amount box shows the total low value of an estimate record:
Declined products.	Yes	The data conversion process converts declined products. After the data conversion process is completed, the estimate record shows the declined products.
