About patient cards

A patient card shows important information about a patient. Vet Radar shows patient cards on the whiteboards. As a result, staff can quickly and easily see important information about many patients.

When you sync a patient record to Vet Radar, Vet Radar automatically makes a patient card for the patient. Vet Radar uses information from the patient's clinical record in ezyVet to make the patient card. If you change the information in ezyVet after you sync the patient record, ezyVet syncs the information to Vet Radar.

A patient card shows many types of patient information. The image and table that follows gives each type of information:
The patient card
NumberInformation
1An image of the patient.
2The name of the patient.
3The number of scheduled treatment tasks that a staff member did not complete.
4The patient's species and breed.
5The patient's demeanor status.
6The patient's weight, age, and sex.
7The patient's resuscitation status.
8The name of the client.
9The client's phone number.
10The presenting problem.
11The attending veterinarian.
12The primary, secondary, and tertiary location of the patient.
Note: You can change some of the patient card settings in Vet Radar. If you change the settings in Vet Radar, Vet Radar does not sync the information to ezyVet.
