The anesthesia sheet has an anesthetic timer and a surgery timer. Use the anesthetic timer to monitor and record the time that a patient is anesthetized. Use the surgery timer to monitor and record the time that a patient is in surgery.

The patient information area of the anesthesia sheet shows the timers:

To start or stop a timer, select it.

If necessary, you can change the time that a timer recorded. For example, if you accidentally stop the anesthetic timer of a procedure, you can change the recorded time.

After you discharge a patient, the ANESTHESIA DETAILS section of the discharge form shows the time that the anesthetic timer and surgery timer recorded:

Note: An anesthesia sheet always has one anesthetic timer and one surgery timer. You cannot remove each timer. And you cannot add more anesthetic timers and surgery timers. If you want to add a timer to a sheet, use an additional timer. To add an additional timer, select + Add additional timer:
