Read about features and changes in Vello.
This version of Vello has changes to the user interface. This table shows each change to an area of the user interface and its function:

| Your practice information: Previously, Vello showed your practice information in the header bar. | Vello shows the name of the signed-in staff member and the practice name. |
| The Help Center button: | Vello opens the Vello Knowledge Center in a new browser tab or window. |
| A button that hides the left sidebar from view: | Vello hides the left sidebar. Note: This change makes it easier for you to use a mobile device to:

| Icons that identify the different information and settings of the left sidebar. | If you select an icon, Vello goes to the applicable screen.
Note: You can hover over each icon to know the name of the screen that the icon identifies.

Client changes to pet names
Clients can use the client portal to easily make changes to their pet names (for example, if a name has incorrect spelling). The name changes sync automatically to the applicable patient record in ezyVet. Previously, it was not possible for clients to make changes to their pet names directly in the client portal.
