Changes to online booking configuration
You can change the sequence of visit types that the Vello client portal shows to clients. Previously, it was not possible to change the sequence. For more information, refer to Change the visit type sequence shown to clients.
Diagnostic screening: When a client makes an appointment they can tell your practice that they want to learn about diagnostic screening. For more information, refer to Method: Direct booking in Vello online booking .
Note: This feature is only available if your practice uses direct booking.
Other changes
This version of Vello automatically sends clients an email and text message to tell them that they have a scheduled appointment with your practice. Previously, for clients to know that they had a scheduled appointment, it was necessary for them to:
- Wait for an appointment reminder
- Contact your practice directly
Mass Communications: You can use the content builder to add links to other sites and content to email. Previously, it was not possible to add links. For more information, refer to Vello Mass Communications.
Vello forms: You can download a form as PDF. A downloaded form is an easy method to add the form to other Vello sites of your organization. For more information, refer to Vello forms.
