Vello client portal: Prescriptions screen

The Prescriptions screen in the Vello client portal shows a client information about their pet's prescribed medications.

Clients can use the Prescriptions screen to get access to prescribed medications and previously prescribed medications for each of their pets. Each prescribed medication has information that includes:
  • Name of the medication
  • Quantity of the prescribed medication
  • Date that a staff member prescribed the medication

Prescriptions screen

If a practice manager activates prescription refill requests, clients can use the Prescriptions screen to make a request. Your practice receives the prescription refill request as a text message in your Vello inbox.

Note: Prescription refill requests is a beta feature and is only available for specified customers. If you want to try prescription refill requests, contact ezyVet customer support.
Note: The Prescriptions screen shows all medications for an applicable pet. You cannot configure the Prescriptions screen to show only some medications.
