Get access to a client's prescription refill requests

Use the Requests & Notifications screen to get access to prescription refill requests.

To get access, do this procedure.
  1. Open Vello from ezyVet.
  2. In the left sidebar, select Requests & Notifications.
    The Text Messages & Requests command
    Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the requests and notifications button:

    Vello shows a Requests & Notifications screen.
  3. Select the Requests tab.
  4. Find and select the applicable prescription refill request entry in the table.

  1. Dispense the medication
    Note: It is not possible to use Vello to dispense the medication.
  2. Contact the client to tell them when they can collect the medication
    Tip: To easily send a text message to the client that tells them when to collect the medication:
    1. Make a quick reply in Vello
    2. Select Send Message in the Review Prescription Refill dialog box
  3. If you want to remove the prescription refill request from view, select Archive.
