Make an appointment request

Use your practice's client portal to quickly and easily make appointment requests for your pets.

To make a request, do this procedure.
  1. Sign in to your practice's client portal.
  2. In the home screen, select Book Appointment.
  3. Select your pet.

  5. Select the practice staff member that you want for the appointment.

  6. Select an appointment date and time.
  7. In the Reason for Visit box, enter information about why the appointment is necessary.

  8. Select Request Appointment.
    Trouble: If the client portal does not show Request Appointment but shows Book Appointment, Vello schedules your appointment directly in your practice's calendar. As a result, it is not necessary to wait for your practice to confirm the appointment.
  9. Select Done.
You practice receives the appointment request and will confirm it.
