Vello, ezyVet, and SMS message costs
It is important to know about SMS message costs of ezyVet and Vello.
If your organization uses ezyVet without Vello and your organization uses ezyVet to send SMS messages, each SMS message has a cost. The cost is because an applicable SMS provider charges for each SMS message.
If your organization uses Vello with ezyVet:
- The Vello fee replaces the SMS charges from the SMS provider
- The Vello fee includes the costs of SMS messages that you use Vello to send
- The Vello fee includes the costs of SMS messages that you use ezyVet to send
