Configure a product record to not show in SmartFlow

If a practice manager does not want a product record to show in SmartFlow, a practice manager can set the Send to Electronic Treatment Sheet setting to No.

To configure a product to not show in SmartFlow, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin tab
  2. In the settings list, select Products.
    The Products setting in the settings list
    ezyVet shows the configured product records of your site.
  3. Find and select the applicable product.
    ezyVet shows the product settings.
  4. In the Properties section, clear Send to Electronic Treatment Sheet.
  5. Select Save.
    The Save button
    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:
    A Record Saved Successfully message
The product record has the necessary configuration.
