Find patients who have overdue care services and scheduled appointments

If some patients have overdue care services and they have a scheduled appointment, use the SOC Overdue with Upcoming Appointments report to find them.

To find the patients, do this procedure.
  1. Select Reporting.

  2. In the settings list, select Marketing.

    The left sidebar shows reports that are applicable to clients and marketing.
  3. Select SOC Overdue with Upcoming Appointments.
    ezyVet shows the report settings.
  4. In the Format section, select the applicable output format.

  5. If applicable, set Department to a department or business unit.
    Note: If you use Department to select a department or business unit, the report output shows only data of the department or business unit.
  6. To show only data of activated patient records in the report output, set Show active animals only to ON.

  7. To prevent deceased patient data in the report output, set Exclude deceased animals to ON.
  8. Select Print.

    ezyVet downloads the report to your device.
The report output shows:
  • The applicable patients and clients
  • Client addresses and phone numbers
  • Care service types and due dates
  • The number of days that each care service is overdue
  • The date of each scheduled appointment
  • Information about each appointment (for example, the appointment type and appointment status)
