Use the Records dashboard tab to quickly and easily find patients who have due care services. For example, you can find all patients who have a vaccination that is due today or after today's date. And you can also do an export of a list of patients (for example, to print a list).

1. Select Dashboard.
   
2. Select Records.
   
   ezyVet shows the Records screen.
3. Set Record Type to Patient.
   
4. In the All or Any section, select the green plus button to add a filter.
   

   Tip: Use the All section to show records that agree with all of the filters that you add. And use the Any section to show records that agree with one of the filters that you add.
5. Set the filter to S.O.C. Due.
   
6. In the What box, select the applicable care service.
   

   Note: If you do not select a care service, ezyVet shows patients who are due for all care services. If you select a care service, ezyVet shows patients who are due for the selected care service.
7. Set the mathematical comparison to >=.
   
   Tip: To help find the applicable records, select the filter date.
8. Select Show Records.
   
9. In the Perform Action section, select All or Selected.
   
   Note: To do an export of all records of the search results, select All. To do an export of only the records that you select, select Selected.
10. Set Action to Export - Patients.
    
11. Select Action.
    
    ezyVet shows an Output Animals dialog box.
12. In the Format section, select the applicable output format.
    
13. Select Queue Report.
