Know if a product has a relation to a care service (product settings method)
A product can have a relation to a care service in ezyVet's standard-of-care system. If a product has the relation, the system includes the product when it calculates applicable due dates for the care service. An applicable product is usually a vaccine or a treatment.
Note: As an alternative method to know which products a care service uses, open the condition settings of the care service. The condition settings show all products that the care service uses.
- Select Admin.
- In the settings list, select Products.
- Select Products.The left sidebar shows the configured products of your site.
