ezyVet shows An unknown error has occured! when you try to email a clinical summary

The clinical summary includes a PDF file attachment that has a password

A clinical summary can include PDF file attachments (for example, a diagnostic result as a PDF document). If a PDF file attachment has a password that prevents access, ezyVet shows An unknown error has occured! error when you try to email the clinical summary.

Remove the file attachment

After you remove the PDF file attachment from the clinical summary, try to send the clinical summary again.

Replace the file attachment

Replace the PDF file attachment with one that does not have a password. Then then try to send the clinical summary again.

The clinical summary includes a PDF file attachment that has a general problem

Some PDF file attachments can have a general problem. If a clinical summary includes a PDF attachment that has a general problem, ezyVet can show An unknown error has occured! when you try to email the clinical summary.

Remove each PDF file attachment until you find the one that causes the error message

Remove each PDF file attachment from the clinical summary, then try to send the clinical summary again.
