The watchers feature
Use ezyVet’s watchers feature to automatically receive information about changes made to a clinical record. When you watch a clinical record, ezyVet shows messages in the task panel that give each change.
Note: You can also automatically receive messages about changes to patient records and contact records.
You can watch many clinical records at the same time. This makes it easy to monitor many clinical records because it is not necessary to open each record to see its changes.
Tip: You can use the Records dashboard tab to:
- Watch many clinical records at the same time
- Stop watching many clinical records at the same time
ezyVet usually shows the messages at an interval of three hours.
More than one person can watch one clinical record. If you hover over the Watching button of a clinical record, ezyVet shows the persons who watch the record:
