Find and show remote payment links that ezyVet could not sent to clients

To find remote payment links that ezyVet could not send to clients, use the Records dashboard tab. Then, you can use the results to do troubleshooting.

To the links, do this procedure.
  1. Select Dashboard.

  2. Select Records.
    The Records tab
    ezyVet shows the Records screen.
  3. Set Record Type to Payment Link.
  4. In the All section, select the green plus button to add a filter.

  5. Set the filter to Has Error.
  6. Set the Has Error filter to Yes.
  7. Select Show Records.

ezyVet shows the remote payment links. The Error column of the search results shows error messages that you can use for troubleshooting.
